Account Manager, Greater Charlotte Area

Our client a leading supplier of IT services and products is looking for a successful, high energy Account Manager focused on inbound leads and prospecting for new business.

What you’ll do:

  • Daily prospecting to understand client’s technology security needs.
  • Forecast accurately and confidently and continuously building a pipeline.
  • Track sales activities in our client’s proprietary CRM system while providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate data available to management for all reporting.
  • Meet all objectives including quota and assigned KPIs through your desire to achieve and the support of management and systems.

Experience needed:

  • 2-3 year’s business development or cold calling experience.
  • Must be a self-starter and resourceful.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Technology security a plus.  Our client will consider applicants with no prior knowledge in this field with a sales background or other IT knowledge.
